Oregon Web Sites

• Oregon Administrative Rules is the on-line compilation of Oregon's administrative rules in a searchable format.

• Oregon Blue Book is the on-line version of Oregon's official directory about state, county, city, federal and tribal governments.

• Oregon Building Codes Division includes access to a search engine for electrical and plumbing licenses as well as many other links.

• Oregon Construction Contractors Board includes access to a search engine for contractor licenses as well as forms that you can download. It includes a link to the current administrative rules. It also includes information and links for the Landscape Contractors Board.

• Oregon Corporation Division is a link to the new search engine for business entities in Oregon (click on the "Click here to use the New BERI System" icon).

• Oregon Judicial Department includes opinions of the Oregon Supreme Court, the Oregon Court of Appeals and the Oregon Tax Court.

• Oregon Legislature includes access to current legislation and its status (select "Bills and Laws").

• Oregon Revised Statutes is the on-line compilation of Oregon's current statutes in a searchable format.

• Oregon State Bar includes extensive information about the OSB and its sections.

• UCC Record Search is a search engine for UCC filings in Oregon.

• US District Court includes, selected court opinions, local federal court rules (and forms) and links to other federal courts.

Miscellaneous Web Sites

• Online Newspapers provides access to the web sites for many newspapers around the country. Many of the sites include searchable archives.

• Construction Web Links is a page that includes links to a wide variety of web sites interesting to both construction companies and attorneys.

• State Statutes and Legislation includes links to on-line versions of statutes, administrative codes and other related information for every state.

• IRS Forms and Publications allows you to download just that.

• Patent & Trademark Office allows you to search for patents and trademarks (in case you are thinking about a new product or business name).

• Google is an excellent general search engine (and it loads quickly).

• 555-1212 allows you to search by individual or company name or even by reverse telephone directory anywhere in the country.
